摘要
在综述国内科研风险管理研究现状的基础上,系统阐述和分析科研风险的产生因素;提出风险评估的事件分析法,该方法是将科研过程分解成便于分析的具体事件,评估每个事件的风险,最后综合评估。之后,给出风险控制的方法和减少风险的措施。
The research development of scientific research project risk management in china is reviews briefly; the main causation of risk generating is analyzed. An affair decomposing method is provided to analyze and evaluated the risk. In the method, the research is divided into a series of affair, and the risk of each is evaluated, then all risks are combined to be the final evaluating result. Final, the methods to decrease risk are proposed.
