摘要
AZ91D在硫酸镍镀液中得到了Ni-Cu-P化学镀层,通过研究镁合金化学镀Ni-Cu-P的工艺,确定了其最佳工艺,并对镀层的耐蚀性进行了试验。试验结果表明,镀液中加入0.5 g/L的CuSO4时获得的镀层耐蚀性最佳,封孔处理更增加了镀层的耐蚀性能。
AZ91D got the Ni-Cu-P planting coat in the nickel sulfate.The best technology is finalized by studying the process of electroless Ni-Cu-P on magnesium alloy,also the corrosion resistance test of planting coat is made.The results show that the best of planting coat is to add 0.5g/L CuSO4 to the bath and sealing treatment can increase corrosion resistance performance.
