摘要
通过研究基础树脂、复合稳定剂、增塑剂、填充剂等对电线电缆用环保聚氯乙烯(PVC)护套料性能的影响,确定了电线电缆用环保PVC护套料配方:PVC为100.0 phr,Ca/Zn复合稳定剂为8.0 phr,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯为40.0 phr,对苯二甲酸二辛酯为10.0 phr,重质CaCO_3为35.0 phr。对产物性能的表征表明,整个配方体系不含对人和环境有害的Ph、Cd、Hg、Cr^(6+)等重金属及多溴联苯及其醚类,护套料性能完全满足90℃环保PVC护套料的标准性能要求,挤出工艺性能优良。
This paper delved into the effects of base resin, composite stabilizer, plasticizer and filler on properties of environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheathing compound. The optimized recipe of PVC sheathing compound was determined based on the findings, including PVC 100.0 phr, Ca/Zn composite stabilizer 8.0 phr, di-iso-decylphthalate (DIDP) 40.0 phr, dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) 10.0 phr and heavy calcium carbonate 35.0 phr. The recipe did not contain any environment-harmful heavy metal, such as Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr^6+, and polybrominated diphenyl and its ether, as confirmed by property characterization of the resultant. Its properties completely meet the requirement of the standard performance of the 90℃ PVC sheathing compound.
