摘要
目的:探讨大龄发育性髋关节脱位患儿手术前后护理要点,降低术后患儿护理难度,提高手术成功率,减少合并症,提高患儿生活质量。方法:对我院2002年2月～2006年11月收治的154例(172侧髋)大龄发育性髋关节脱位患儿手术前后的治疗、护理进行总结分析。结果:154例患儿经手术前后精心护理,均如期进行了手术,术后康复顺利。所有患儿在术后7～10天出院,无1例发生术后窒息、褥疮、切口感染等情况。术后随访1～3年(平均1.8年),随访期间无再脱位、股骨头缺血性坏死、关节僵硬等并发症发生。结论:发育性髋关节脱位严重影响患儿生活质量,手术治疗能有效矫正畸形,而手术前后精心的护理是提高手术成功率、预防并发症的重要措施。
Objective：To explore the main points of perioperation nursing care in developmental dislocation of hips in older children, reduce the difficulty of postoperative nursing, improve the success rate of the operation, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life. Methods： 154 cases （172 hips） of older children who received pre- and postoperative treatment and nursing for developmental dislocation of hips from February 2002 to November 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and summarized.Results：With carefully pre- and postoperative nursing, 154 patients were all operated on schedule,and recovered well. All patients were discharged from the hospital in 7 to 10 days after the operation. None of the eases had suffocation,bedsore,cut infeetion,ete.All eases were followed-up for Ⅰ to 3 years（average 1.8 years）. According to the follow-up, no reoccurrence of dislocation, ischemia necrosis of the femoral head and ankylosis etc. was found. Conclusion：developmental dislocation of hips affects quality of children＇s life. The operation can make the malformation corrected effectively. Pre- and postoperative nursing the children carefully is the important measure to improve success rate of the operation and prevent complications.
