摘要
本文从两个主要方面详细地阐述了中国固体废物的环境管理.其一是工业固体废物目前的环境管理,包括加快立法,强化监督,开展科学研究,提高综合利用和处理处置技术,加强国际合作.其二是加强工业固体废物环境管理的手段,涉及完善立法,加强监督管理和科学研究,强化宣传和教育,提高全民的环境意识等.
This paper gives a description in detail on the environmental management of industrial solid wastes in China through two main aspects.One is the present environmental manage- ment of industrial solid wastes,which includes accelerating legislation,strengthening the su- pervision,developing scientific researches,promoting the comprehensive utilization and treat- ment and disposal technologies,and developing international cooperation.Another is strengthening the measures of environmental management of industrial solid wastes,which covers perfecting the legislation,strenghtening the superviaion and management,and strengthening scientific researches,emphasizing propaganda and education,enhancing people' s care about environment,etc.
