摘要
确定水资源优化配置模型的经济效益系数是求解该模型的必要前提。将改进后的遗传算法应用于天津市水资源优化配置模型经济效益系数的求解。结果表明,改进后的遗传算法克服简单遗传算法早熟收敛和后期收敛速度缓慢的缺点。与传统求解方法相比,该方法反映经济效益系数与时间的函数关系,符合经济学原理和实际情况,适用性强,具有优越性。
In order to use the optimal allocation of water resources model, it is necessary to determine the economic profit coefficients. The improved genetic algorithm (GA) was used to compute economic profit coefficients for the optimal allocation of water resources model in Tianjin City. Results show that the improved GA can avoid the disadvantages of the simple GA, such as a premature and lower converging rate. This method indicates that the functional relationship between economic profit coefficients and time agrees with the economic mechanisms and actual conditions, and it is more suitable and feasible than other methods.
