摘要
文章分析了我国传统物资流通企业的优势、不足和面临的挑战,指出了适应现代物流发展要求的资源整合的内容和途径,并介绍了两家行业龙头企业转型的情况。
This paper analysed the advantages, shortcomings and challenges of traditional material circulating enterprises. Then it discussed the content and method of resource integration that could adapt to the development requirement of modern logistics. Finally, situation of the two industry leading enterprises restructuring was introduced.
