多层螺旋CT在颌面部骨折的诊断及临床应用价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在颌面部骨折中的诊断及治疗指导价值。方法对20例颌面部骨折患者行16层螺旋CT扫描后,利用工作站进行图像后处理,选用多种软件技术,多平面重建(MPR)、三维表面遮盖显示(3D-SSD)及容积再现法(VR)等重组观察,并与CT横断图像进行比较。结果16层螺旋CTMPR成像清晰显示了所有的颌面部骨折及周围软组织的损伤情况,特别对细微骨折及深部骨折显示优于3D-SSD、VR成像。而3D-SSD、VR成像立体可直观展现骨折的部位,骨折线的走行,骨质的碎裂程度及移位情况。结论16层螺旋CTMPR结合3D-SSD、VR成像能够明确诊断颌面部骨折,并为其临床治疗提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value for maxillofacial fracture. Methods 20 patients of maxillofacial fractures were scanned by 16-slice spiral CT and then the images were transfered to the work-station for image post-processing ,using many softwares such as MPR.3D-SSD.VR and made an comparison with CT axial images. Results The MPR images of 16-slice spiral CT could clearly show all maxillofacial fractures and the injuries of surrounding tissues, and it was superior to 3D-SSD.VR especially in displaying the tiny and deep fracture. 3D-SSD.VR images could stereoscopically and directly show the fracture location, the course of fracture line , assessing of the fracture and fragment displacement. Conclusion MPR with 3D-SSD.VR of 16-slice spiral CT can exactly diagnose the maxillofacial fracture, and provide important information for clinical treatment.
