摘要
报告在动物实验取得成功的基础上对22例喉癌患者利用同种异体鼻中隔软骨作为部分喉切除术后缺损的支架．结果17例发音、呼吸满意，发音响度明显提高。认为，与自体鼻中隔软骨移植比较，同种异体鼻中隔软骨移植具有较多的优越性，可作为一种新的修复手段。
Based on the experiment of five dogs, 22 cases of laryngeal carcinoma using allograft nasal septal cartilage as a framework for laryngeal defect after partial larygectomy are reported. After 5 years follow-up, the functions of phonation and respiration of 17 cases were satisfying and their phonatic loudness was raised remarkably. The method was used mainly for patients with Tl glottic carcinoma involving anterion commissure and selective T2、T3 glottic carcinoma. The advantages of allograft nasal septal cartilage in partial laryngectomy are discussed in comparison with auto nasal mucoseptal graft.
