后张预应力高性能灌浆料的配制试验研究及性能分析 被引量:8

摘要 选取了能全面表征灌浆料质量的性能参数、有效的试验方法和合适的性能指标;选取了合适的灌浆料专用复合外加剂和水泥,经过试验对比,确定了搅拌方式、搅拌速度、搅拌时间等工艺参数;确定了高性能灌浆料的配合比;配制出了低水灰比、良好可泵性、高体积稳定性、零泌水、高抗氯离子渗透性等优良性能的后张预应力灌浆料;分析了搅拌工艺、水灰比和水泥品种对灌浆料各项性能的影响。 Performance parameters characterizing qualities of grouts, effective testing methods and proper performance indexes are selected; Technological parameters including mixing method, mixing speed and mixing time are selected according to experiments based on proper materials including cement and special composite admixture for grouts; The mixing ratio of high-performance grouts is given; High-performance grouts with low water-cement ratio, excellent pumpablity, high volume stability, zero bleeding, good permeability to resist chloride ion's penetration are developed; The influence of mixing technology, water-cement ratio and different kinds of cement to the grouts performance are analyzed.
