摘要
2008年1月上旬至2月初,一场大面积雨雪冰冻灾害袭击我国南方地区,给包括江西电网在内的8个省级电网和2个区域电网造成了巨大损失。回顾了近年来对电网造成较严重影响的的自然灾害,分析了其冲击电网的特点和与电气连锁故障的差异,探讨自然灾害,特别是灾害性天气的频繁发生对电网规划建设的启示。
Features of natural disasters impact on power grid and difference of electric chain fault were analyzed according to the retrospect of grid damage caused by natural disaster in recent years. Enlightenment in network planning initiated from frequent occurrence of severe weather was discussed.
