摘要
目的:观察0号手术线段栓塞支气管动脉的效果及并发症,探讨0号手术线段支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的安全性及疗效。方法:35例大咯血,行选择性支气管动脉0号手术线段栓塞治疗,随访1￣18个月,再次栓塞为复发病例。结果:即刻止血34例(97.1%),1年内复发4例(n,4%)。无1例脊髓损伤。结论:0号手术线段作为栓塞物可明显降低咯血患者的复发率,安全有效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect and complication of o number line segment embolization in bronchialartery and to study the safety and curative effect of bronchial artery embelization with o number line segment in the treatment for massive hempotysis. Methods：A total of 35 patients with massive hemoptysis（30 males,5 females） were performed selective bronchial artery embelization. All cases were embolized with o number line segments.All patients had been followed up for one to eighteen months,with the second embolization if relapsed. Results：Immediate and complete control was achieved in 34 cases （97.1%）,relapse occurred in 4 cases（11.4%）,and no patient had spinal cord injury. Conchtsion：Bronchial artery embolization with 0 number line segment can significantly reduce the recurrence, and is the safe and effective treatment for hemoptysis.
