摘要
通过对82例高血压患者和63例年龄相当的正常人24小时心率变异性分析的研究表明:(1)高血压患者时域分析和频域分析的各项参数指标均减低。(2)高血压患者植物神经24小时昼夜变化与正常人有差异,高频部分夜间明显降低,标志副交感神经活动失调(P<0.05)。(3)高血压伴心肌缺血者与无心肌缺血者的高频/低频比值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。
Heart rate variability was evaluated in 82 patients with essential hypertension, and 63 control subjects using 24 hour ambulatory ECG. The results showed that: (1) the standard deviation about the mean parameters, standard deviation of 5 minute mean R R intervals, mean of all 5 minute standard deviation of RRs, root mean square of difference of successive RRs, total frequency, low frequency and high frequency components of power spectrum density in patients with essential hypertension were reduced. (2) A significant different circardian rhythm in autonomic nervous activity between the hypertension and normotensive subjects, with a markedly reduced high frequency in hypertensive subject at night ( P <0.05), suggesting severe disturbance in parasympathetic activities. (3) The difference in high/low frequency ratio in hypertensive subjects with and without ischemic changes is significant ( P <0.05), suggesting an ischemic change in nerve endings.
