摘要
[目的]了解柳州医专学生视力的状况,探讨视力与营养的关系。[方法]采用自编调查问卷,对柳州医专学生进行视力、膳食行为和膳食调查的抽样调查。[结果]医专视力低下率为65.57%,其中,女生75.41%,男生51.47%,女生视力低下率比男生高。膳食行为:视力正常的学生比视力低下的学生更喜欢吃动物肝脏、红萝卜等红黄蔬菜、豆类及豆制品和绿叶蔬菜,而视力低下的学生比视力正常的学生更喜欢喝含糖饮料。膳食调查:视力正常组和视力低下组的学生平均每日能量、蛋白质的的摄入无差异,但视力正常组比视力低下组的维生素A、C和钙的摄入量高。[结论]控制大学生的视力不良的状态,改善其营养水平也是重要的方法之一。而加强营养与健康、营养与视力的健康教育则是改善其营养水平有效的途径。
[Objective] To realize the sight condition of college students and discuss about relationship between sight and nutrition. [ Methods] Used self-edit questionnaire to investigate the sight, diet behavior and diat of college students. [ Results] The data showed that the low sight rate was 65.57%; in which 75.41% were schoolgirls and 51.47% schoolboys; the low sight rate in schoolgirls was higher than that in schoolboys. The students with normal sight more liked to eat the liver of animal, red or yellow vegetable, radish and the relative products and the green vegetable, whereas the students with low sight more liked to have a drink with sugar. The absorption of nourishment for the energy, protein of the students with normal sight each day was the same as that of students with low sight, however the vitamin C and calcium in former group were higher than another one. [ Conclusion] Improving the level of nutrition is one important approach to control the condition who have low sight. Further more health education on relationship between nutrition and health, nutrition and sight is an effective way to improve the level of nutrition.
