摘要
目的初步探讨血清犬尿喹啉酸(KYNA)含量及犬尿喹啉酸/色氨酸(TRP)比值(KA/T)在精神分裂症患者抗精神药物治疗中的意义。方法测定并比较了健康对照组、初始发病未用药SCH患者(SCHI组)、坚持用药SCH患者(SCHⅡ组)血清KYNA、TRP含量及KA/T值。结果与健康对照组血清KYNA(23.30±8.31)μmol/L、TRP(47.59±10.43)μmol/L比较,SCHI组患者血清KYNA(29.47±12.01)μmol/L和TRP(54.50±9.56)μmol/L含量均升高;SCHII组血清KYNA含量及KA/T比值下降。结论抗精神药物治疗可能使血清KYNA含量和KA/T比值降低。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum value of kynurenic acid(KYNA) and KYNA/tryptophan (TRP) ratio (KA/T) in patients with schizophrenia(SCH). Methods The SCH patients ( n =73) were divided into two groups (drug-naive, first episode patients, patients undergoing antipsychotic treatment) and the concentrations of serum KYNA, TRP in the Sch and health control( n= 108) were measured. Resuits Compared with healthy control, there were significantly increased concentrations of serum KYNA and TRP in the drug-naive, first episode patients, and the serum KYNA and KA/T ratio were significantly decreased in patients undergoing antipsychotic treatment. Conclusion It showed that antipsychotic treatment may decrease the concentration of KYNA and value of KA/T.
