精神分裂症患者血清犬尿喹啉酸和犬尿喹啉酸与色氨酸比值变化的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步探讨血清犬尿喹啉酸(KYNA)含量及犬尿喹啉酸/色氨酸(TRP)比值(KA/T)在精神分裂症患者抗精神药物治疗中的意义。方法测定并比较了健康对照组、初始发病未用药SCH患者(SCHI组)、坚持用药SCH患者(SCHⅡ组)血清KYNA、TRP含量及KA/T值。结果与健康对照组血清KYNA(23.30±8.31)μmol/L、TRP(47.59±10.43)μmol/L比较,SCHI组患者血清KYNA(29.47±12.01)μmol/L和TRP(54.50±9.56)μmol/L含量均升高;SCHII组血清KYNA含量及KA/T比值下降。结论抗精神药物治疗可能使血清KYNA含量和KA/T比值降低。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum value of kynurenic acid(KYNA) and KYNA/tryptophan (TRP) ratio (KA/T) in patients with schizophrenia(SCH). Methods The SCH patients ( n =73) were divided into two groups (drug-naive, first episode patients, patients undergoing antipsychotic treatment) and the concentrations of serum KYNA, TRP in the Sch and health control( n= 108) were measured. Resuits Compared with healthy control, there were significantly increased concentrations of serum KYNA and TRP in the drug-naive, first episode patients, and the serum KYNA and KA/T ratio were significantly decreased in patients undergoing antipsychotic treatment. Conclusion It showed that antipsychotic treatment may decrease the concentration of KYNA and value of KA/T.
