摘要
粗老茶中茶多糖（ＴｅａＰｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ，简称ＴＰＳ）对小鼠免疫的影响，ＴＰＳ浓度在３．０～１０．０／ｇ·Ｌ－１范围内具有以血清碳粒廓清、凝集素为指标免疫增强作用；ＤＴＨ为检测Ｔ淋巴细胞功能的有效方法，ＴＰＳ４组（１．５～１０．０／ｇ·Ｌ－１）均有显著性差异。
Density of TPS at 3.0～10.0/g· L-1 can increase agglutinin and clear carbon in blood serum of rats; DTH is an effective method to check T-lymphocyte. TPS in 4 groups (1.5～10.0/g· L-1 ) are all different significantly. TPS is proved to have the function of increasing immunity.
