摘要
在现状调查的基础上,针对农村大量留存的废弃农田水利设施的特点,建立了基于模糊数学理论的废弃农田水利设施评价模型,对其再利用价值进行评价。鉴于废弃农田水利设施的评价影响因素非常多,具有相互制约、模糊性强,难以定量化的特点,综合运用模糊综合评判法和层次分析法(AHP),对废弃农田水利设施的再利用价值进行模糊综合评判,应用层次分析法(AHP)求解各层次上的权重系数,使评价结果更科学、合理。最后,通过工程实例说明了此方法的具体应用。
Based on the investigation of present situation, according to the characteristics of the waste farmland water conservancy facilities, the evaluation model for its reuse based on fuzzy mathematic theory was established in this paper. With the consideration of the characteristics of influencing factors, such as large quantity, mutual influence and strong fuzziness, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process were synthetically utilized to evaluate the reuse value of the farmland water conservancy facilities. And AHP was used to solve the weighting vectors in each level to ensure the evaluation result more scientific and correct. In the end, through an actual project example, the application method of this model was demonstrated in detail.
