摘要
在中国西北,尤其在河西走廊一带,水资源的匮乏已与当地农业和经济的发展不相适应。为了更充分有效的利用当地的水资源进行农业灌溉,建立了大量的水利配套灌溉设施,如:水库、水坝、泵站、渠系和观测井等。如何能将这些水利灌溉设施与灌区中的其他水文要素建立关联,更有效的管理这些水利灌溉设施,对当地水资源的分配至关重要。基于Geodatabase地理数据库技术构建的ArcHydro水文数据模型能有效地解决上述问题并对流域进行水文分析模拟。针对ArcHydro水文数据模型,通过分析灌区中各种要素特征及他们之间的时空关系,运用Geodatabase对灌区水文及水利设施要素数据组织集成,建立灌区水文数据模型,最后给出该模型在疏勒河昌马灌区中的应用实例。
In Northwest China, especially in Hexi Corridor, the scarcity of water resources has been incompatible with the local agriculture and economic development. In order to more effectively use local water resources for agricultural irrigation, a large number of irrigation facilities, such as reservoirs, dams, pumping stations, irrigation and observation wells, have been established. It is crucial to the local distribution of water resources that how can these irrigation facilities be well connected with other hydrologic factors and be managed more effectively. The hydrological data model of ArcHydro based on the geographic database Geodatabase Construction can effectively solve the above problems and perform hydrologic analysis and simulation of the river basin as well. According to the hydrological data model of ArcHydro , through analysis of the characteristic of various factors and their time-spatial relation, the data of hydrology and water conservancy facilities of the irrigation district are integrated by using Geodatabase. At the end of this paper, an application example of this model in Changrna Shule River Irrigation District is given.
