摘要
利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对机车转向架构架拉杆座安装结构进行弹塑性静态结构有限元分析,通过细化网格,对拉杆座的焊接部位进行缺陷模拟,指出焊接缺陷是影响结构使用寿命的主要因素。文章主要研究了结构焊接处模拟缺陷后在最大起动牵引力作用下的应力状态变化;针对拉杆座的结构形式,提出了改进方案。
A static elastic-plastic structural analysis for the traction link base install structure of locomotive bogie frame, using FEA software ANSYS, makes a detail gridding, simulates an ohjection in weld part, and points out that objection is the mostly factor to affect the use life. In particular, the structural strength at welds simulating an objection when higgest start traction force on it are studied. The improvement scheme for traction link base install structure of bogie frame is proposed.
