摘要
针对电厂475 t/h循环流化床锅炉风水联合冷渣器运行中存在的结焦、磨损等问题,提出了由滚筒式冷渣器替代风水联合冷渣器的改进方案,并对改造后的滚筒式冷渣器在实际运行中存在的问题做了进一步改进,取得了良好的效果,可为同类型锅炉冷渣器的改造提供参考。
In this paper,problems of a power plant 475 t/h CFB Boiler＇s air-water slag cooler in the operation,such as agglomeration, attrition were analyzed. In additon, the improverment scheme was proposed, that is substitciting air-water slag coller with water cooling roller slag cooler. Finally, solutions were made to problems existing in the operation of transformed water cooling roller slag cooler.
