转绿型白化突变系W_ (25)转绿过程中幼苗叶片内碳水化合物和氨基酸组分的变化 被引量:15

摘要 水稻转绿型白化突变系W25与亲本2177s苗期叶片内碳水化合物总量及蛋白质含量差异明显。亲本2177s幼苗叶片内碳水化合物和蛋白质代谢在两种温度下基本稳定。但W25却有明显不同,25℃下W25叶片内蔗糖和淀粉的含量比20℃下的低,但还原糖含量明显地高,蛋白质含量较高,丙酮酸激酶和谷氨酸胺合成酶活性强,游离氨基酸中Ser、Glu、Val的含量明显较低,Arg、Pro、Thr的含量明显较高,尤其是Thr含量接近了亲本水平。 Significant differences in carbohydrate content and protein contentwere found between seedling leaves ofW25 and its parent line 2177s (Figs. 1,2 ). The contents of carbohydrates andproteins in leaves of 2177s were thesame under 20℃ and under 25℃, butwere obviously different in leaves ofW25, where the contents of starch, sucrose and free amino acids grown under25℃ were significantly lower thanthose of 20℃, while the contents of reducing sugar and protein were the otherway round. The contents of free aminoacids were about the same in leaves ofW25 grown under 25℃ and under20℃, except that Ser, Gin and Valwere lower under 25℃ than under20℃, and those of Arg, Pro and Thrwere higher under 25℃ than under20℃ (Fig. 3 ). The activities of pyruvate kinase and glutamine synthetuse inleaves of W25 were also higher under25℃ than under 20℃ (Figs. 4, 5).
