摘要
围绕棉纺工程优化技术发展的趋势——前纺重定量、高速度、大卷装,根据棉纺梳理与牵伸原理对前纺重定量及细纱大牵伸的工艺机理进行初步分析,提出系统的工艺及相关专件、器材的优化组合。指出应将重定量大牵伸结合提高棉纱质量协调发展,将提高梳理性能与细纱牵伸性能协调发展。
As to the development of the optimization of cotton spinning engineering, namely, big ration, hispeed, big package in front section, rough analysis is done to the process mechanism of big ration in front section and big draft in spinning section according to cotton carding and drafting philosophy, systematic optimization of process and the related parts and accessories. Big ration and big draft should be coordinated with quality improvement of cotton product, gaining both good carding and drafting performances.
