摘要
选用16头18月龄、体况良好、体重380_4-16kg的西门塔尔牛育成母牛,采用完全随机区组设计分为4组,以包被硒为硒源研究日粮添加硒(0mg·kg^-1、0.3mg·kg^-1、0.6mg·kg^-1和0.9mg·kg^-1)对发情周期生殖激素分泌规律的影响。结果表明:0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1。处理组牛发情周期促黄体素平均值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1。和对照组,0.9mg·kg^-1处理组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);发情后12h、第10d、第16d出现3个高峰,0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组的峰值均显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组。0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组发情周期促卵泡素平均值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组,0.9mg·kg^-1处理组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);第8d、第12d、第15d出现3个峰值,0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1。组的峰值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组(P〈0.05)。0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组发情周期孕酮平均值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组,0.9mg·kg^-1处理组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);发情周期1~7d平均较低,8~15d含量增加,形成台状峰,0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组的峰值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组。0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组发情周期雌二醇平均值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组,0.9mg·kg^-1处理组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);发情后12h、发情周期第5~8d出现高峰,0.3mg·kg^-1和0.6mg·kg^-1组的峰值显著高于0.9mg·kg^-1和对照组,0.9mg·kg^-1处理组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。以包被硒为硒源时添加硒0.3—0.6mg·kg^-1对发情周期生殖激素分泌有显著促进作用,以0.6mg·kg^-1为佳,兼顾基础日粮含硒量,建议以包被硒为硒源时日粮硒水平为0.67mg·kg^-1。
Sixteen Simmental heifers (with average bodyweight of 380kg and aged 1.5 years) on corn-straw diet were chosen and grouped into four treatments. The four groups of Simmental heifers were put on four levels (0mg·kg^-1 , 0.3 mg·kg^-1 , 0.6mg·kg^-1 and 0.9mg·kg^-1) of supplemental rumen by-pass selenium to evaluate the effects of selenium on reproductive hormone excretion during estrous cycle. The results show a significantly higher serum Luteinizing-Hormone (LH) concentration in heifer groups supplemented with 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6 mg·kg^-1rumen by-pass selenium than heifer group on 0.9 mg·kg^-1 and the control (P 〈 0.05 ) , and the 0.9 mg·kg^-1 group is in turn significantly higher than the control (P 〈 0.05 ). Serum luteinizinghormone concentration peaks appear at the 12^th hour of estrous period, the 10^th and 10^th day of estrous cycle of the 0.3mg·kg^-1 , 0.6 mg·kg^-1and 0.9 mg·kg^-1 treatments. Peak values of 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6mg·kg^-1 groups are significantly higher than those of 0.9mg·kg^-1 and the control (P 〈 0.05 ). Serum Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) concentrations in 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6 mg·kg^-1groups are significantly higher than those of 0.9mg·kg^-1 and the control (P 〈 0.05 ), while the 0.9mg·kg^-1 group is in turn significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum follicle-stimulating hormone peaks appear at the 8^th , 12^th and 15^th day of estrous cycle, and peak values of 0.3mg·kg^-1and 0.6 mg·kg^-1 groups significantly higher than the 0.9mg·kg^-1and control groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Serum progesterone (Pc) concentrations of the 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6 mg·kg^-1 groups are significantly higher than those of the 0.9 mg·kg^-1 and control groups (P 〈 0.05 ), with the 0.9 mg·kg^-1 group in turn significantly higher than the control (P 〈 0.05). Serum progesterone peaks appear from the 8^th to the 15^th day of estrous cycle, with peak values of the 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6mg·kg^-1 groups significantly
