摘要
产品质量认证类型有两种:自愿性认证和强制性认证,选择何种认证类型与产品的风险大小有着密切的关系。按照产品属性、因子、指标的过程,首先解析产品标准得出风险因子,并对风险因子进行量化分析得出权重,对产品的风险评估提供了一种全新的方法。产品风险因子分为产品基本特性、与人触及特性和与环境浸融特性三大类并满足独立、简明、可测的三大提炼原则。分析出哪些产品的风险较大,哪些产品的风险较小,从而决定实施强制性还是自愿性认证。
There are two product quality certification type: voluntary certification and compulsory certification The choice of certification type is closely related to the degree of product risk. This paper proposed a novel method to extract risk factors by analyzing product standards and product attributes and to quantify them. There are three product risk factor category: basic attribute, human-interfere attribute and environment-interfere attribute. To get all these risk factors, three principles should be followed: independence, conciseness and measurable. Whether compulsory certification or voluntary certification should be employed is according to the value of the product risk.
