摘要 通过对轮胎企业蒸汽的供给状况和废蒸汽及冷凝水回收状况、回收量测算分析,以及节能经济效果评估等,提出我国轮胎行业根据其具体情况进行节能改造的可行性,而采用闭式循环废热回收系统是轮胎企业进行节能技术改造的最佳方案和发展方向的结论。以便供同行业参考。 Calculated and analyzed the situation of steam supply and the recovery situation of waste steam and condensed water, and assess the economic effect of energy saving. Put forward the feasibility of energy conservation of Chia tire industry according to its specific conditions, and the conclusion is that using closed recycling waste heat recovery system is the best energy-saving technological transformation program and the development direction of tire enterprises. All mentioned is reference to the correlative industry.
