主动脉夹层动脉瘤合并一过性下肢功能障碍一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者男性,39岁,因“持续性胸骨后、剑突下、后背疼痛5h”入院,患者于入院前5h无诱因出现后背部剧烈疼痛,随即出现剑突下、胸骨后疼痛,呈压榨样痛,伴恶心、出汗,无呕吐,无头痛、头晕及意识丧失等,急来我院。
