摘要
通过对我国及河北省体育产业现状和人才需求情况的调查,针对我省的人才培养战略进行分析和探讨,并对高等教育在体育产业专门人才培养上所存在的问题进行了思考,同时提出了解决办法.
Analysis and exploration were carried out for the strategies of human resource training in Hebei province by investigating on the current state of sport industry and human resource requirements in Hebei province and China. Discussed existing problems of sport industry professional human resource training in higher education, problem solving solution were proposed.
