摘要
材料系统的通径模型是描述和表征材料性能—结构—组成或工艺条件间定量关系的一种数学模型。在通径模型中允许存在"中间变量",而且传递关系可以是"级联"的,因而比回归模型能更好地描述系统内诸要素间的关联。我们对给出的材料系统的通径模型进行了简化,得到了简化模型。利用简化模型可以使建模工作更加直接而简单,同时也为以原料或元配料的配料比作为因子的直接建模找到了理论依据,并可简化建模工作。接着,我们对通径模型中的误差项进行了较为深入的讨论,指出了在材料系统中的来源。最后,提出以"外在变量"与"内在变量"交界面作为控制界面,讨论了不同控制策略下变量类型的转变,对控制精度和控制成本的影响,以及不同的适用场合。以上这些讨论,可能可以作为材料科学的一般性原理,用以指导材料科学与工程实践,并为提高与稳定产品品质提供若干理论方向。
The path model of material system is a type of mathematic model which can describe and represent the quantitative relationship among performance,structure,composition and technological condition.In the path model the "middle variable" is permitted and the transmission relationship can be cascade connection,and so it can better describe the relation of the factors inside the system.
We simplified the given path model.Using the simplified model can make the modeling process more direct and more simple,and at the same time founds the theoretical gist of the direct modeling by using the ratio of batch or meta-batch as the factors in a model.After that we do embedded research to the error terms of the path model and point out their source in the material system.Finally,we bring out that to use the interface between "exogenous variables" and "endogenous variables" as the control interface and discuss the transform of the type of the variables and its influence when using different control tactic.
These results may be used as general principles of material science to guide the practice of material science and engineering and to provide theoretical ways of rising and stabilizing the quality of the products.
