测试仪器的虚拟技术性能优化

摘要 为了利用现有的传统测试仪器达到多功能、高精度的现代测试要求,详细介绍了运用虚拟仪器技术和GPIB(general purpose interface bus)总线技术对传统测试仪器进行功能扩展和性能优化的方法,包括硬件平台的搭建和LabVIEW应用软件的设计过程.通过对一台传统两通道示波器进行功能扩展和性能优化,证明了运用虚拟仪器技术的可行性,实验结果达到了设计的预期目标,取得了很好的效果. To satisfy the increasing modem testing requirement in function and precision by making good use of traditional instruments, the functional extension and performance optimizing method of traditional instnmaents were described in detail based on the instument and GPIB technology, including the whole process of designing hardware and apphcation software by LabVIEW. The feasibility of virtual instnmaent technology was proved by extending the function and optimizing the performance of a traditional two-channel oscilloscope. The experiment achieves expected goals and acquires good effects.
