摘要
目的探讨动态心电图对无症状心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法对160例无症状心肌缺血患者进行24h动态心电图检测。结果共检出缺血型ST-T改变115例、608阵次。其中，无症状性心肌缺血476阵次（78．3％），发作时间高峰在6：00～22：00（79．8％）。结论动态心电图是检测无症状心肌缺血的重要方法，对其病情的判断及早期防治，具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of dynamic ECG for asymptomatic myocardium ischemia of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods 160 cases of such patient were performed dynamic ECG in 24 h. Results 115 cases with ischemic ST- T changes had 608. Episodes 476 episodes of which （78.3%） were mptomatic myocardial ischemia. The peak time was from 6：00 to 22：00. Conclusion It might be an important method to detect myocardial ischemia and have significance in diagnosis and treatment.
