摘要
本文分析了中国水产冷库在最近几十年取得迅速发展的经济基础,介绍了它的发展进程、市场格局及技术进步。本文提出中国水产冷库的今后发展,还需要提高现代物流技术的应用程度和水准,进一步降低各项能耗指标,在市场导向下水产冷库将实现三个转变:1.从贮藏型向物流型转变。2.从冷冻型向低温物流型转变。3.从数量增长向质量效益同步增长转变。从而使我国的水产冷库和国际上渔业发达国家接轨,更好地为中国建设渔业强国服务。
The economical basis for the rapid expanding of Chinese fishery cold storage in recent years was analyzed and the developing processes, market distribution and technical improvement of fishery cold storage were introduced. In this paper the author submitted the future developing plan of Chinese fishery cold storage which includes the strengthening the application of modem logistics technology, further lowering the different energy consumption indices and realizing the following three transformations under the direction of the market, i. e. ,1. from storage type to logistics type;2, from freezing type to low temperature logistics type and 3. from quantitative increasing only to quantitative increasing and qualitative improving simultaneously in order that Chinese fishery cold storage will attain the same technical level as that of developed country and our country will become the advanced country in the fishery technology.
