摘要
目的:观察针罐结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组各40例,治疗组:采用针刺穴位曲池、合谷、血海、足三里、三阴交和背部足太阳膀胱经、督脉走罐的方法,同时配合口服克敏能治疗;对照组采用口服克敏能治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为90%,对照组为80%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IgE的含量均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,治疗组患者血清IgE含量的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针剌走罐联合抗组胺药物综合治疗慢性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture plus cupping for chronic urticaria.Meth- ods:Eighty patients were equally randomized into two groups.The two groups received oral use of elari- tyne.Additionally,the treatment group received acupuncture on acupoints of Quchi.Hegu, Xuehai, Zusanli and Sanyinjiaoand,and mobile cupping on Taiyang Bladder Meridian and Du meridian. Re- sults:The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group(P<0. 05).Serum lgE content was decreased in the two groups(P<0.05 compared with that before treat- went),and the decrease of IgE was obvious in the treatment(P<0.05 compared with the control group).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus mobile cupping exerts a certain effect for chronic urticaria.
