摘要
目的:观察复方消风散结合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对淋巴细胞转换率(T-LP)的影响。方法:采用半随机法将78例患者分为2组,均给予复方消风散(党参、茯苓、生地黄、白芍、白蒺藜、防风、荆芥、蝉蜕、川芎、当归、甘草)口服治疗,治疗组38例加用自血穴位(上部取曲池、合谷;下部取足三里、三阴交)注射疗法治疗;对照组40例加用开瑞坦、维生素C治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率为47.37%,愈显率为81.58%。对照组痊愈率为22.50%,愈显率为62.50%。2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈患者中,治疗后1月复发4例,2月复发10例;对照组痊愈患者中,治疗后1月复发4例,2月复发8例。治疗组复发率均明显低于对照组,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者T-LP均有一定程度的升高,治疗组有32例T-LP恢复到正常水平,对照组有21例T-LP水平恢复到正常水平,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方消风散结合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹,能增强机体细胞免疫功能,有效提高疗效,降低复发率。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Compound Xiaofeng Powder(CXP) plus au- tohemotherapy for chronic urticaria and to observe its effect on T lymphocyte transformation rate(T-LP). Methods:Sevenly-eight patients were randomnized into two groups.The two groups received oral use of CXP(mainly comnposed of Radix Cadonopsis,Poriao,Radix Rehmanniae.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Tribulus Terrestris,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herha Sehizonepetae,Periostracum Cicadae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Clycyrrhizae).The treatment group(n=38) received au- tohemotberapy on the acupoints of Quehi,Hegu,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.and the control group(n= 40)received clarityne and vitamin C. Results:The cure rate and markesly effective rate wae 47.37% and 81.55% in the treatment group respoetively,and 22.50% and 62.50% in the control groupr re- apeetively(P<0. 05).In the cured patients,recurrence after one month was found in 4 cases, and re- currence after two months in 10 eases of the treatment group,and in 4 and 8 eases of the control group respectively.The difference of recurrence was significant between the two groups(P<0. 05).T-LP was inereased in the two groups,and the level of T-LP increased to the normal level in 32 eases of the treatment group,and in 21 cases of the control group.the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Xiaofeng Powder plus autohemotherapy exerts a certain ef- feet for chronic urticaria by increasing the cellular immune function and decreasing the recurrence rate.
