摘要
目的研究妇科再造丸对皮肤色素沉着的作用,并探讨其部分作用机理。方法应用白色豚鼠经中波紫外线(UVB)照射诱导皮肤色素沉着动物模型,用HMB45为一抗,以免疫组化方法显示表皮中的黑色素细胞,检测黑色素细胞个数及其平均灰度值。结果妇科再造丸高、中、低3个剂量组与模型组比较,均能减少黑色素细胞个数并增加其平均灰度值(P<0.01)。结论妇科再造丸对黑色素细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Fu - Ke - Zai - Zao Pill on pigmentation induced by UVB and investigate its mechanism, Methods The changes of number and mean gradation of melanoeytes induced by UVB were observed in the experimental hypermelanosis model (white guinea pig). Results Decreased number and increased mean gradation of melanoeytes were found in three groups of Fu - Ke - Zai - Zao Pill compared with model group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Fu - Ke - Zai - Zao Pill can inhibit melanoeytic proliferation,which maybe make it valid in treating skin pigmentation.
