摘要
[目的]探讨水杨酸与叶片衰老的关系。[方法]制备0(CK)、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.25、1.50 mmol/L的水杨酸溶液,研究水杨酸对离体小麦叶片衰老的影响。[结果]随着浓度的增大,水杨酸对小麦叶片叶绿素、非可溶蛋白含量降低的延缓效应增加,1 mmol/L为最适浓度。水杨酸能有效延缓衰老过程中叶绿素和非水溶性蛋白的降解,抑制衰老前期MDA的积累,提高衰老前期SOD活性,处理48 h时各指标显著优于对照。[结论]水杨酸与离体小麦叶片的衰老有一定的相关性,适度延缓了植物体的衰老。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the correlation between salicylic acid and the aging of leaves.[Method] The effect of salicylic acid solution with the concentration.of 0(CK),0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00,1.25 and 1.50 mmol/L on the aging of detached wheat leavf was studied.[Result] With the increasing of salicylic acid concentration,the retard effect of salicylic acid on lowering the contents of chlorophyll and non-soluble protein in wheat leavf was increased.With the optimum concentration of 1 mmol/L,Salicylic acid could effectively retard the degradation of chlorophyll and water-insoluble proteins in the aging process,inhibit the accumulation of MDA in early aging stage and enhance the activity of SOD in early aging stage.Each index in the treatment of 48 h was significantly better than that of CK.[Conclusion] Salicylic acid had some correlation with the aging of deteched wheat leavf and it could retard the aging of plants appropriately.
