摘要
目的:探讨比较肺部大单发球形病灶80例X线和CT诊断结果。方法:收集近年来80例肺部大单发球形病例,进行X线、CT表现比较和诊断结果分析。结果:X线胸片和CT片联合运用诊断相同的病例误诊少,而单纯依靠X线胸片或CT片表现诊断的病例误诊相对较多。结论:综合影像诊断效果好,在影像检查中应重视多种检查的综合分析。
Objective： To study the diagnose value of CT and X - ray on mono - globular focus in Lung. Methods： 80cases of mono- globular focus in Lung recent years were include. The.characteristic if CT and X - ray were analyzed and compared. Results： CT comobined with X - ray had welldlagnosis effecting on mono -globular focus in lung. Either of the two methods was easy to mlsdiagnosis. Conclusion： Synthetic diagnostic ira- aging has well effect on diagnlsis of mono- globular focus in lung.
