摘要
目的:分析总结刺五加抗帕金森病的可能作用机制。方法:结合自身已有研究并查阅内外最新关于刺五加及帕金森病的作用机制及防治方法,进行综合比较和分析。结果:刺五加可能通过抗氧化应激,抗细胞凋亡,减轻谷氨酸毒性,抗炎及免疫调节作用,抵抗环境毒素,而起到MAOB-I样作用,发挥抗帕金森病的作用。结论:刺五加通过多种途径发挥抗帕金森病的作用。
object:To analyze and summarize the possible mechanisms of how the Acanthopanax Senticosus Harms(ASH) prevents the Parkinson's disease.Methods:Based on our own research we have consulted the latest literatures which were regard to the mechanisms and treatments of ASH and Parkinson's disease.Then we carried out comprehensive comparison and analysis.Results:ASH possibly plays a role of anti-Parkinson's disease through anti-oxidative stress,anti-apoptosis,reducing the toxicity of glutamate,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation,resisting environ-mental toxins and MAOB-I role.Conclusion:ASH plays the role of anti-Parkinson's disease through a variety of channels.
