摘要
目的:探讨芹菜汁对小鼠精液参数以及毒性作用的影响,为芹菜的进一步开发利用提供一定依据。方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为7d、14d和28d3个时间组,再将时间组按体重随机分为4组(对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组),每天定时给对照组0.3ml生理盐水灌胃,剂量组给0.3ml不同浓度的芹菜汁灌胃,分别于各时间段结束后处死动物。应用WLJY-9000型伟力彩色精子质量检测系统测定精子运动参数。结果:7d组、14d组中高剂量组和中剂量组精子密度与相应对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中剂量组:VCL14d组和28d组分别和7d组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),VSL7d组和14d组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组:VCL、MAD、WOB7d组和14d组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芹菜汁能够影响小鼠精子运动参数,降低精子密度。
Objective: To probe into the impact of celery succus on sperm motility and toxic effectiveness of male mice, and to provide the basis of further application of celery. Methods: The male mice were randomly divided into three time - groups of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. Each time -group was divided into control group, the low- dose group, the medium -dose and high - dose group according to body weight. Control group was administered to 0.3 ml normal saline, and three dose - groups were intragastric administered 0.3 ml celery succus with different concentration. Sperm motility parameters (VSL, VCL, MAD, WOB) were measured by WLJY - 9000 color - detection system of sperm quality. Results: Sperm density (ρ) of the medium - dose and high - dose group showed significant difference compared with control group in 7days and 14days, respectively(P 〈 0.05 ). VCL of the medium - dose in 14 days and 28 days showed significant difference compared with that of in 7days. VSL in 7 days showed significant difference compared with that in 14 days (P 〈 0.05). VCL, MAD and WOB in 7 days of high - dose groups showed significant difference compared with that of in 14 days ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Celery succus could change sperm motility parameters of the mice and reduce the sperm density.
