摘要
全国文化信息资源共享工程绩效考评,是指为改进文化共享工程管理和预算资金管理,运用一定的考核方法、量化指标及评价标准,对其预期计划目标的实现程度及其经济性、效益性、效果性和持续性所进行的综合性考核与评价。对文化共享工程进行科学、合理、全面、客观、公正的绩效考评,具有重要的现实意义。本文以设计依据、遵循原则、组织实施为立足点,全面设计构建了文化共享工程绩效考评体系。
The performance evaluation system for Resources Cultural Information Sharing Project means that to improve the management of Information Resources Cultural Information Sharing Project and the management of budgeting fund, using certain evaluation measures, some indexes and evaluating standards to comprehensively assess and estimate the achievement of the potential aim and its economics, benefits, effects and duration. Performance evaluation should be taken scientifically, reasonably, completely, objectively and fairly,which has great significance. Foundations of performance evaluation for Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project are basis for designing, principles to follow and implementation of organization.
