摘要
全国文化信息资源共享工程经历了5年多的建设发展,尚处于起步阶段,工程建设与管理、资源加工与服务、运行模式与管理手段等方面仍存在一定的差距,人力资源配置不足始终制约工程的发展,必须建立并依靠一支较高服务意识、良好技术素质、善于工程管理的专业队伍。因此,如何进行工程培训和解决基层技术服务力量不足的问题显得十分重要。
Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has experienced construction and development for five years, but still stays at starting stage. Definite gap still exists among project construction and management, resource processing and services, operation model and management measures. The lack of human resources restricts the development of the project. So a professional team with high service sense, high technological quality, and good capability of project management should be built. So how to carry out project training and solve the problem of the lack of basic technological service is very important.
