摘要
随着网站规划、调研与准备、运行平台搭建、设计与实现等各环节工作的就序与逐步完善,目前全国文化信息资源共享工程网站已进入了运营、维护、管理的日常运行阶段。文化部全国文化信息资源管理中心已经逐渐将部分网站维护工作外包或托管出去,这对网站又好又快发展起到了积极的促进作用,但在实际工作中仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。为了使网站能够健康、稳定、高效地发展,经过对网站现有运行维护情况、网站核心工作、管理中心的优势资源、网站的定位、建设目标进行分析,提出了新的外包模式。
With improvement of website planning, study and preparation, operating platform construction, design and achievement and so on, the website has entered the daily operating stages, that is, operation, maintenance and management. Management center has outs ourced parts of maintenance work, which plays an active role. But some problems to be settled still exist in practical work. To settle such problems and make website develop healthily, steadily and effectively, new outsourcing model has been brought forward through the analysis of operation and maintenance in existence, core work of the website, and advantageous resources of the management center, the orientation of website, and construction aim.
