摘要
采用叔丁氧基钾\正丁基锂为引发剂,合成出溶聚无规丁苯橡胶,用13C-NMR、IR、GPC等对共聚物的序列分布及微观结构进行了表征。该体系合成的丁苯共聚物具有均匀的分子内和分子间分布。采用偶联方式,可以改善生胶的冷流现象。并考察了该体系合成无规丁苯橡胶的加工性能、力学性能、抗湿滑性和滚动损失。
he random SBR was prepared anionically with nBuLi tertBuOK as initiator in cyclohexane. Determination of the monomer sequence distribution of the copolymers and microstructure of the polybutadiene sequence was achieved by 13CNMR and IR spectroscopy. The prepared random SBR has uniform interand intramolecular composition distribution. The cold flow of raw SBR can be reduced by coupling method. The SICl4 was proved to be the most effective coupling agent. The wet skid resistance and rolling energy loss of the prepared BdSt copolymers have been investigated by examination of their dynamic mechanical properties. The prepared BdSt copolymers have good processability, mechanical properties and wet skid resistance. The abrasion loss and rolling energy loss are low.
