摘要
为了解巴西香蕉不同生长期根际营养特性,用剥离法分别采集巴西香蕉营养生长期、花芽分化期、抽蕾期和果实成熟期根际0-4mm、4-8mm、8-12mm土壤,测定其中各层次pH、有机质含量及速效N、P、K、Ca、Mg等养分的含量并分析其差异。结果表明:1)在巴西香蕉各生长期,距根面越近的土壤,pH越低、有机质含量越高。2)在巴西香蕉各生长期,距根面不同距离的三个土壤层次土壤速效N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量呈规律分布。除钙素外,巴西香蕉在各生长期根际土壤有效养分含量高于根外有效养分含量。3)在巴西香蕉花芽分化期和抽蕾期,P、K容易在根际4-8mm层次出现土壤有效养分的相对亏缺,而Ca则在整个生长期都在根际4-8mm层次出现相对积累。该研究结果与以往的室内模拟研究结果基本一致,且对热带作物根际营养理论行了丰富和补充。
To find out the nutrition characteristics of Brazilian Banana rhizosphere in different growth phase, we peeled off the soil around the banana roots at 0-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-12mm apart from the root during the vegetative growth period, the flower bud differentiation period, the pumping bud period and the fruiting peri- od, then analyze the difference of the pH, the organic matter and the quick-acting N, P, K, Ca and Mg content in different tiers. The result is that: firstly, the pH decreased in the rhizosphere soil compared with the soil far from the roots, and the organic matter decreased from the rhizosphere to the soil outside; secondly, the content of quick-acting N, P, K, Ca, Mg in the three tiers distributing regularly in different phase, the quick-acting N, P, K, Mg contend in rhizosphere is higher than the outside soil, except Ca; thirdly, during the flower bud differentiation period and the pumping bud period, there is a wane of P and K in the 4-8mm tier, and the Ca will be accumulated in this tier in the whole growth phase. The results are quite resemble as the researches simulated in the laboratories, and this research will be enrich and renew to the theory of the tropical crop rhizosphere.
