摘要 为采用超临界CO2提取花椒精油,采用正交实验法对花椒精油的超临界CO2提取工艺进行优化,以精油的得率为指标,考察萃取压力、温度、时间对精油得率的影响。得到的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间130 min,花椒精油得率10.81%。超临界CO2提取花椒精油得率高,提取时间短,是提取花椒精油的适宜方法。 The essential oils of Chinese red pepper can be obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. By using orthogonal test, the technology of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is optimized. With the essential oils extracting ratio as the indicators ,the extracting pressure, temperature and period were examined and the optimal conditions are set as the followings:the extractingpressure is 30 MPa, extracting temperature is 40℃, extracting period is 130 min, and the essential oils extracting ratio is 10.81%. With a higher essential - oils - extracting ratio and shorter extracting period, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is a suitable method to extract the essential oils of Chinese red pepper.
