摘要
从泽漆健康组织中分离出内生真菌、细菌和放线菌共101株,根据菌落特征和生长特性对其进行了初步归类。并将分离出的内生菌进行液体培养,通过室内盆栽试验进行了抗病毒活性筛选,得到2株有较好抗病毒活性的放线菌菌株。
101 strains of endophytes were isolated from stems, leaves, flowers and roots of Euphorbia helioscopia. The fermented broth of endophyte were tested anti-virus activity by potted plant experiment. Two strains of endophytic actinomyces showed anti-virus activity.
