摘要
以3-氯丙烯和苯酚为主要原料,经醚化、Claisen重排反应合成邻烯丙基苯酚,然后与苯酚经Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应得到双酚化合物的混合物,简称为双酚-P.经分离及红外光谱、核磁共振(H1-NMR)谱等方法表征,证明双酚-P的主要成分为1,2-二(2-羟基苯基)丙烷和1-(2-羟基苯基)-2-(4-羟基苯基)丙烷.前者为白色晶体,熔点113~114℃,后者为浅黄色透明粘稠液体,在混合物中二者比例接近.
o Allyl phenol was first synthesized from etherification and Claisen rearrangement using 3 chloropropene and phenol as main raw material. A mixture of bisphenol compounds was obtained from Friedel Crafts alkylation of o allyl phenol and phenol. The bisphenol mixture, called bisphenol P, was separated and then charactered by IR and H 1 NMR. The results showed that it is mainly composed of 1,2 bis(2 hydroxyphenyl) propane and 1 (2 hydroxyphenyl) 2 (4 hydroxyphenyl) propane. The former is white crystalline solid with melting point 113 ̄114 ℃ and the latter is a kind of transparent viscous liquid with pale yellow colour. The proportion of both compounds is approximately equal in the mixture.
