摘要
对用RIM法制备自结友聚氨酯泡沫转向盘过程中可能产生的问题进行了讨论并对这些问题的处理措施作了归纳性总结。给出了用RIM法制备聚氨酯转向盘的比。适宜的工艺条件和一般性规律。
This article discusses some problems which may takeplace in the production of inte gral skin PU steering-wheel by RIM technique and solutions to solve these problems. It also gives the ideal process conditions and common rule for production of RIM integral skin PU steering-wheel.
