摘要
基于循环经济视角对吉林省国有林区产业发展战略进行了系统研究。提出了基于循环经济视角的产业发展战略思路、目标和总体战略，论述了战略重点，即发展生态产业、建立生态园区、建设生态企业。
In this thesis, development strategies of the industries of Jilin provincial state-owned forest region with the view of recycling economy are systematically discussed. By analyzing the current situation and out developing enviroment, we put out the train of thought, target and the general development strategies, discusses the main points of the strategies （i.e. developing ecological industries, setting up ecological districts and building ecological enterprises）, and clarifies the methods of the strategies.
