摘要 用超声反射法对碳纤维复合材料试块进行孔隙含量检测,探讨基于超声反射波频谱分析理论建模与实验标定的碳纤维复合材料孔隙率测试方法。对碳纤维复合材料超声反射波信号频域特征参数进行实验分析和讨论,利用信号的频域特征参数无损检测碳纤维复合材料微孔隙含量,实验结果表明,该方法是一种有效的技术途径。 A new method based on pulse echo method was proposed for nondestructive testing of void content of carbon fibre reinforced composite material. In order to analyze void content test, spectrum analysis method and experimental demarcate method were introduced. The paper established spectrum analysis model. Feature parameter of spectrum analysis based on pulse echo method was discussed. The experiment validates the implementation and realization of the method are effective.
