摘要
建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地奥明七硫酸酯钠中钠含量的方法。采用标准曲线法，钠浓度在0．64-1．4mg·L^-1标准曲线范围内线性良好，相关系数为0．9991，加样回收率为100．3％，RSD为0．9％。结果6份样品测得钠的平均含量为0．1461mg·mg^-1，RSD为0．8％。实验结果表明，本法精密度高，准确性和重现性好，可用于控制地奥明七硫酸酯钠中钠的含量。
To establish a FAAS method to determine sodium in diosmin heptakis hydrogensulfate sodium. The good linearity was obtained when the concentration of sodium was within the range of 0.6-1.4mg·L^-1, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9991. The recovery ratio by standard addition is 100. 3%, and RSD is 0. 9%. The content of sodium in diosmin heptakis hydrogensulfate sodium is 0. 1461mg·mg^-1. The method is accurate with a good precision and reproduction.
